Chhattisgarh chance of rain with thunder. High pressure ring will be activated.

Own Correspondent: Scattered rain with thundershowers is likely to occur in various parts of Chhattisgarh from February 11. Intermittent thundershowers may cause rain. A high pressure area is located over West Central Bay of Bengal which will become more active from February 11.Water vapour-laden moist air from the high pressure area will enter Chhattisgarh through Odisha state. A combination of dry north-westerly jet air and moist sea air will result in thundery showers.Scattered thundershowers will start over some parts of Interior Odisha and Chhattisgarh on February 11. And later it will be expanded to Jharkhand Odisha Chhattisgarh West Bengal.A Western disturbance will approach North West India around 13-14 February due to which scattered thundershowers are likely over parts of North India including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and North West India.Chhattisgarh Jharkhand and adjoining areas may experience scattered hail and gusty winds of 35-45 kmph.
