  • Particularly severe conditions are likely over West Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh on 23rd & 24th, and East Madhya Pradesh during 21st–24th August.


Northwest India

Northern states will also witness strong rainfall activity:

  • Heavy rainfall is likely over Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh during the period.

  • Very heavy rainfall is expected over Jammu & Kashmir on 18th, Uttarakhand on 23rd & 24th, East Rajasthan on 21st & 22nd August.
